markt.chat is a software platform only and does not endorse user content.

    • Sexually Explicit Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Explicit sexual acts or services
  • Content intended primarily for sexual arousal

    • Fraud & Misuse

  • Scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation
  • Attempts to misuse the platform for unauthorized financial activity
  • Circumvention of platform safeguards or policies

    • Allowed Content

    Content related to communities, marketplaces, discussions, lifestyle topics, and legal goods is generally permitted, provided it complies with this policy and applicable laws.

    Non-explicit, non-harmful content is allowed as long as it does not violate the standards outlined above.

    Moderation & Enforcement

    Marketplace operators are responsible for the day-to-day moderation of content within their own communities using the tools provided by the platform.

    markt.chat defines global platform standards and reserves the right to:

  • Remove or restrict content that violates this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or severe violations
  • Take action in response to user reports or legal requirements
