Platform Purpose

markt.chat is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for creating and managing online communities and marketplace-style environments.

Our role is strictly limited to providing software functionality and platform infrastructure.
We do not act as a marketplace operator, seller, broker, or payment intermediary on behalf of users.

What We Provide

markt.chat offers software features including:

Creation and configuration of community or marketplace environments

User and role management

Messaging and chat functionality

Listings and organizational tools

Moderation and administration features

Platform configuration and analytics

All services provided by markt.chat are digital software services only.

Payments & Billing

All payments processed by markt.chat are solely for access to software features.

We do not:

Process or facilitate payments between users

Handle transactions for goods, services, advertisements, or content

Provide checkout, escrow, commissions, revenue sharing, or payouts

Intermediate value between users in any form

Any non-software-related monetization between users, if it occurs, is independently arranged by users outside our platform using third-party services.
markt.chat is not involved in, informed about, or responsible for such transactions.

Content Responsibility & Moderation

Marketplace operators are responsible for the day-to-day moderation of content within their own communities using the moderation tools provided by the platform.

markt.chat defines global platform rules and reserves the right to:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate our Terms

Remove or limit access to content that is reported and determined to be unlawful or harmful

Take reasonable action to protect platform integrity, compliance, and user safety

We do not perform pre-publication review of all content but act upon reports, legal requirements, or clear violations of our policies.

Prohibited Use

Use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Unlawful or infringing content

Financial fraud or misuse

Attempts to bypass billing, security, or platform safeguards

Use of the platform for unauthorized payment processing

Security & Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect platform infrastructure and user data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
