1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Markt.Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Markt.Chat is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create and operate their own community marketplaces with features including chat, listings, payments, and user management.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

    • 4. Platform Operator Responsibilities

    As a platform operator (tenant owner), you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Create and maintain your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for your marketplace users
  • Moderate content on your marketplace appropriately
  • Not use the platform for illegal activities
  • Handle user data in compliance with applicable data protection laws

    • 5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Use the platform for fraud or deception
  • Attempt to bypass security measures

    • 6. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed through Paddle
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

    • 7. Intellectual Property

  • Markt.Chat retains all rights to the platform
  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to host and display your content

    • 8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markt.Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

    9. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
