Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on markt.chat.

markt.chat provides subscription-based access to software services (SaaS) only.

General Policy

All subscriptions grant access to digital software features and platform functionality immediately after purchase.

Because access to the service is provided instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period before starting a paid subscription.

Once a paid subscription begins, it is considered active and billable.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Access remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Refund Exceptions

    Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in limited cases, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors caused by our system
  • Verified technical issues that prevent access to core software functionality
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge.

    Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Dissatisfaction with features
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Payments related to third-party services or transactions outside the platform
  • Chargebacks

    Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
